A few years ago, in a previous professional life, colleagues across several countries got into the habit of saying one phrase whenever they hit a wall: "Ask Stéphanie Novais."

It wasn't because I always had the answer. It was because, if I didn't, I would go and find it — and I always came back with a solution. The same happened with customers who came to me with questions and doubts, even when they had nothing to do with our services. That phrase became, without my realising it at the time, the promise on which NovZeltis was built.

After more than 16 years leading IT certification and professional training programmes — in close partnership with some of the world's largest training organisations and certification bodies — I have seen too many organisations purchase training without ever solving the real problem. Certified teams that were no more autonomous. Budgets committed, but no lasting impact. And I have seen exceptional trainers underutilised, trapped in catalogues that never did them justice.
