Every trainer in the NovZeltis network goes through a rigorous four-step process. We select only validated experts — practitioners who live what they teach.
CV Review
Every application begins with a thorough review of the candidate's professional background, certifications, and real-world experience. We look for practitioners — not just lecturers.
Technical & Pedagogical Interview
Candidates undergo a dual assessment: a technical interview to validate deep domain expertise, and a pedagogical interview to ensure they can transmit knowledge effectively and adapt to diverse audiences.
Ongoing Collaboration
Once approved, the partnership is just beginning. We maintain an ongoing relationship — matching trainers to the right missions, gathering feedback, and refining the fit over time. Our trainers are partners, not one-off contractors.
