ITIL® Experience (Version 5) is one of three Practice Manager modules on the Managing Professional pathway. It focuses on the human dimension of digital product and service delivery — how users feel, perceive and evaluate services — and provides frameworks for designing and improving experiences.
Accredited training (ATO) or official eLearning is mandatory before the exam.
Prerequisites
