ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) is the entry-level qualification for the renewed ITIL framework published by PeopleCert. It introduces the unified digital product and service lifecycle and the ITIL Value System, reflecting the integration of AI, automation and sustainability into modern IT service management.
Suitable for anyone new to digital product and service management, as well as holders of any ITIL 4 certification who want to take the full Foundation rather than the Bridge route.
Prerequisites
No formal prerequisite. Accredited training is not mandatory for this module: self-study is an accepted route.
