ITIL® Product (Version 5) is one of three Practice Manager modules on the Managing Professional pathway. It equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage digital products across their full lifecycle — from discovery to support — using the ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle Model and value-stream thinking.

Accredited training (ATO) or official eLearning is mandatory before sitting the exam; PeopleCert withholds results without proof of completion.

Prerequisites

ITIL Foundation (V5) or ITIL 4 Foundation. Accredited training (ATO) or official eLearning is mandatory before sitting the exam.
