ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) is the cross-pathway shared module that completes every ITIL V5 designation — Managing Professional, Strategic Leader and Practice Manager. It focuses on leading and embedding sustainable change across the ITIL Value System. Because it is common to all pathways, it only needs to be taken once regardless of the number of designations pursued.

Accredited training (ATO) or official eLearning is mandatory before the exam.
